11/1/09 Hi Grace and Todd, I am e-mailing to let you know that the golden we adopted from you guys 6 years is ago is one of the healthiest and most loving dogs we have ever had. His name is Kaiba and he came from one of Crystal's litters. We have so enjoyed having him be part of our family. He truly has been a treasure and we have not experienced any health problems. Thank you so much for producing top rate family dogs and making them so available to all of the golden lovers. Keep up the good work! The P Family in New York.
12/10/08Hi Gracie, We wanted to let you know how our puppy, Coby is doing. (We bought him from you in August.) Coby is a very sweet and fun, loving puppy. He fits perfectly into our family. We love him dearly! You did a great job socializing him. He adapted very easily to our home. Coby loves to play in his water dish and he loves to play tug a war with Maddie, our other golden. They get along great! We couldn't be happier with Coby, he truly is a blessing to our family! I have attached some pictures for you. I will send more in the future. We wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Take care, Todd & Tammy

Hope that you, Todd, and your family are doing well.
Belle turned 3 last week and we thought we would drop you a line and sent you a couple of very cute pictures (feel free to use them on you site if you wish).
Belle has finished all of her classes (therapy, canine good citizen, etc) and is now a "best behaved" girl....except for the occassion chasing and catching a squirrel or burying a bone in the yard.
As you can see she is well socialized and loves my grandaughter.
Can never thank you enough for putting us together...it's been a great partnership....we are together virtually 24/7.
All the best to you,
Geoff

We like camping and spend a lot of time outdoors and she gets so excited every time she sees the camping gear come out. We live in a lake community and Ellie has the best time on the boat! She has a wonderful disposition and is a very good guardian of the kids, wherever the kids are you will find Ellie.
Thank you so much for Ellie!

12/31/07Just wanted to send you a note about Max. We couldn't be more pleased with how well he is doing. He'seating good and he has us very well trained already for his potty trips outside. We got him an x pen to puton our patio with cedar chips and he's doing very well doing his business there. There has been very littleseparation anxiety; he behaves like he's been here forever. The first night he proceeded to put his toys, one by one, in his crate. We are really happy with how our dogs have received him; mostly our male Jinx.I think they will become best buddies. It's great having an active happy puppy in the house again.Hope you and your family have a Happy New Year!Carol__________________________________________________________________________________________________________11/15/07I see that Summer will have more brothers and sisters.
She has been such a good dog. She is loving, playful and very smart. She also is very well mannered!
Here is a photo from last May. She won a blue ribbon at the very first Rally event that she entered.
When Summer finished the Rally course, the judge simply said "Perfect".
Summer's most favorite past times are chasing sticks thrown in the lake (she is a very great swimmer) and chasing a tennis ball in the field. Heaven help the dog that is trying to go after the same ball. Summer will beat them to it every time!
Take Care,
-Janette-see Summer's pics on the "all grown up" page_______________________________________________________________________________________________11/11/07Hi Grace,
Just thought we would drop you a note to tell you how we are doing.
Belle has been with me for just over 2 years....and great years they have been!
We have both been trained and are about to be certified as a KGC and Therapy Team.
Both of us (that would be Belle and I) couldn't be happier.
We are together almost 24/7 as I am now able to work from home....it's a blessing.
Belle is the best companion I have ever had and we can't thank you enough for putting us together.
As you can see....Belle is a happy hiker, beach gooer, swimmer, and pillow for my grandaughter.
Hope all is well with you and your family.
Happy holidays,
Geoff and Belle_____________________________________________________________________________________________11/3/07Just thought I would send you an up date on Chad who will turn 9 months this month...wow, how time flies, I remember waiting for hisarrival and already he has been with me nearly a year...well not till Feb. but he will be a year next month...He is growing into a fine youngdog with more energy than I can tell you..He learns fast and can win you over with a wink of his eye...I think once I can stop him from hispuppy bitting we will have it made..oh, I know he is just playing but he needs time out sometimes...He is funny I will tell him I am not a toyand he will look at me a run and get a ball and the biting is all over with...but we love and his antics keep us all in laughter....here is pictureof our grown up puppy...not sure what color he is..sometimes he looks light and other times he looks deep honey colored...hope all is wellwith you and your family...Maggie________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________9/23/07Just wanted to let you know how Libby (officially Liberty Star) is doing ... she's growing fast and is smart as a whip. My mom and dad surprised me with one of your puppies for Christmas this past year. His mom and dad are Glory and Chad. He is really the best dog with the best personality. A day never goes by with outhim making all of us laugh. He is our little (well not so little any more) comedian. Well, I wanted to send you a pictureof our handsome boy all grown up. I hope you enjoy.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________2-18-07Hi Grace and Todd,I have your male puppy from Glory and Chad. He is doing great. He has the best personality. He has beenvery easy to train (as long as there is food involved). He is loved very much. I just have a question for you.Jack has tear stains on both of his eyes ( one more then the other). The vet is just telling me that this happensin light colored dogs. When I see pictures of your dogs I don't see that. Do you use something for this?I also wanted to know if you could send a picture of Chad and Glory. My daughter has a photo album she ismaking of all stages of Jack's life. I still have the pictures that you sent when he is was with his brothers andsisters. She would like to add his parents to the album.Thank You,Patti____________________________________________________________________________________________________2-19-07Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how Bailey is doing, she is growing EVERYDAY, itseems like she has grown even more every morning, she has had all her vet visits and is currently upto date with all her shots. She absolutely lights up our lives and she makes us laugh everyday. Weare amazed at how fast she has adjusted and fit right in. She knows her name and some other commandssuch as , sit, stay, treat, (she gets lots of those) come, outside, and if you say leash, she grabs it from thehook, we have taken a lot of time with her and it has paid off, she is sooo sweet and loving and she lovesthe weekends when we take her on the trails, we usually let her off the leash as she never leaves our sidesand always comes when told. She loves the snow, we took her out last week for a little bit during our snow storm and she had a blast, Ican't imagine life without her, here are some pictures of her waiting patiently for her dinner with our otherdog, Sadie, you can see how big she has gotten !!!!! Thanks again, hope all is well with you and your family.Trish and Rich_______________________________________________________________________________________________________2-20-07Hi Grace,
Just wanted to let you know how much we’re enjoying Java! He’s a wonderful pup – sweet, easy to train, and the right personality fit for our family. He also “smiles” so often, just like Sunshine in her picture. It’s adorable!
Thanks again for helping us find the right pup for us. Hope all is well and that you’re not too snowed in.
All the best,
Marci
Hi Grace and Todd,Gracie is wonderful. We went to the vet today for shots, check up... She is 16 pounds and as happyas can be. She is sleeping through the night and working very hard to be house broken! She is soaffectionate and so happy to welcome everyone to our home. She snuggles in bed with us everynight before bed. She plays with my sister's Labradoodle every day and they are such good friends. We love her so much and she is very happy. I think she used to miss the cold because every time weopened the refrigerator or freezer she would sit in front of it and refuse to move!Thought you'd like to know how your little girl is doing.Mary____________________________________________________________________________________________Grace,
Here is our Elly Rose at 1 year old! She just celebrated her 1st
birthday yesterday! She is from Crystal and Chase's litter. We love
her so much. We just can't believe she is already a year old. It
seems like just yesterday we got her. She is still extremely playful
and the sweetest little gal. She LOVES to be around everybody all the
time. Lately every time we leave the house she jumps up on the window
sill to say goodbye. She is a happy and healthy girl here in West
Hartford, CT. Thank you for our Elly._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Brady is a wonderful addition to our family. We got him last year just before Christmas, Santa delivered him in his crate Christmas Eve while we were out with the kids.I wanted to let you know that in our family we have four children. At the time we got Brady the oldest was 7 and the other three were 5, 3 and 10 months. I spoke with several breeders who said that a golden puppy should not be in the home with childrenunder 5 years old and I was somewhat discouraged and concerned by that. However, we spoke with you and knew that in our family there would not be an issue. We could not be happier with our decision. I only wish sometimes we had done this whenour oldest son was a baby. Our youngest, Keira, has no fear of Brady and is his best buddy along with the older three kids, Kyle, Hannah and Dylan. I was hesitant to get a puppy because of all the work on top of four young children but he is such a gooddog. He slept through the night the second night he was here. He potty trained well and although he likes to dig a lot and grab the kids toys, he is very well behaved inside the house and out. I am so attached to him, he’s like my fifth child!
I have attached some pictures of Brady with our family. Thank you so much for making our family complete.
Gerri

I thought you would be interested in seeing a picture of our Champ, from Daisy and Chase. He has been a great addition to our family. He gives me the best greeting every timeI come home. He loves to play with all other dogs that he meets and is very friendly with everyone he meets. He has the greatest disposition. He is now 10 months old. He getslots of attention and enjoys it! My three kids and all their friends love him! Thanks,MaryArmonk, NY______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Grace and Todd,
Hi from New Hampshire! As promised, attached please find some pictures of Bailey from Kaylie and Chase’s litter last May (2005). In viewing the newest
litter news this month on your website, I can’t help but be amazed at how Bailey seems to have inherited the best features of both his mom and dad. Thanks
so much for our new best friend-he is a joy, extremely smart, well behaved and always playful. We have lost a few sneakers this year, nothing major. It did teach
the girls a good lesson, pick up your stuff! Everyday has been a new adventure, whether it is jumping in the leaf piles, playing in the snow, running into the frog
pond, or our latest romp on the beach. He absolutely loves the water, bath time is a treat! Again thanks!

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Grace and Todd-Rob and I just wanted to send all of our thanks for our wonderful baby boy, O'ahu from Angel and Chad's spring litter. We love him so much. You both have made mineand my Rob's first puppy and Golden experience unforgettable. It amazes me how great and sweet O'ahu is. He has the best temperment. People are so amazed at howhe doesn't jump, nip and bark constantly and isn't a maniac like some puppies can be. He is making having a puppy a piece of cake! He has the best temperment of anydog I've ever known. He was completely crate trained when we got home. So far we've taught him how to sit, lay down and "gimme me some" which is giving his paw.He even slept through his first night home. He now sleeps through the whole night. He comes everywhere with us and loves it! I've had so many people stop us to ask uswhere we got him and that they want one just like him. :) Not to mention that he is the best looking pup. I'm attaching a few pictures from his first days home. Feel free topost any of them. We couldn't be happier. We'll keep in touch and send some pics as he grows.Thank you,Rob and Annie from CT_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Grace, We just wanted to send you some adorable pictures of Elly Rose Carpenter. These are some of my favorites out of more than 100 photos. We just picked her up from you on Saturday Jan. 7th,
she is from Crystal's litter. We absolutely ADORE her! She has been enjoying her new home in West Hartford, CT. She went for her first time to the beach today. She loved it! She loves playing in the snow
and with her toys (especially her tennis ball). She sleeps really well at night. She just warms our hearts. She is winning hearts everywhere she goes. She will fall asleep anywhere. She is our little angel.
We give her lots of kisses and hugs and she loves to snuggle. We will send more pictures. Thank you, The Carpenter Family
_____________________________________________________________________________Hi Grace and Todd,I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how wonderful the golden (Belle) that I adopted from you in September is.As you know my 2 elder Goldens (Maggie and Bailley) passed in 2005 and I didn’t know if I would ever be able to replace them.Well, I can tell you unequivocally that Belle has won that special place in my heart. From the moment I brought her home, I knew how special she is.She is extremely gentle, affectionate, has easily trained me and loves everyone she meets. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for her.Best regards,
Geoff

Scarlett is doing great! She is growing daily, and is such a joy. She is the star of her puppy class- very smart and very good at obedience. She has started going to a playgroup on Saturday mornings, so she gets to run around with about 15 other dogs for a couple hours. Everywhere she goes people fall in love with her; she has the absolute sweetest disposition. When we upload some recent photos to the computer, I'll send a picture of her.Shelley from CT

Grace and Todd:
I just wanted to thank you again for our pup that we bought in October, 2004, from the Chase and Cinnamon litter. Her name is Cali and she is a beauty. Her red coat against the snow or on the beach just warms my heart! Her temperment is a delight! She is always ready for an adventure but loves to snuggle with you anytime she gets a chance. She has brought us such joy in a short period of time. I promise to send pictures soon.
Thanks again,
Cara from NJ

Hi Gracie,
My husband and I bought a puppy (a copper color golden) from you at the beginning of November (Copper is 7 months tomorrow) and I just wanted to tell you how much we love her. She is the most amazing, well behaved, has the best temperment, you could ever want in a dog. She was fully house trained by 4 months and doesn't need to be crated while my husband and I are at work or at night anymore. Everywhere we take her people can't believe how well behaved she is for a puppy. She drove from CT to FL in Feb with us and slept the whole way. She loves to play and to be with children. We are extremely happy!! I'll send you a few pictures if you are interested in seeing her. She is 60 pounds and growing.
Sincerely,
Stacey and Brian from CT

We got Finnegan from the litter born in Nov. of '02. It is hard to believe that our "pup" is almost two years old! Shortly after we got Finny home in January, my husband and I found out that I was pregnant. Finn was such a great puppy from the very beginning, but he was a bit of a scamp (you called him the party animal of his litter), and after almost nine months of our undivided attention, we weren't sure how he would handle having an infant around. Well boy, was I worried about nothing! Finn is so amazing with our son Eamon that I can't even begin to explain it. Eamon is almost ten months old now, and from the very beginning, Finn has done nothing but lick him and cuddle with him. When Eamon was still very new, but the baby and the pup would nap with me on the couch. As Eamon started spending more time on the floor, Finn was right there with him, watching, licking and I like to think protecting his little buddy. Now Eamon is starting to stand and walk, and Finn sits patiently while the baby manhandles and generally climbs all over him. He is very rough and tumble with my husband and me (through our choice, not from an out of control pup), but as soon as the baby crawls/toddles over, Finn stops what he's doing so he won't hurt the baby. My husband and I can't say enough about our pup. Like most goldens, although he is almost two, he is still more puppy than adult. He is so much fun and such a huge part of our family that I can't imagine our life without him. My husband and I are looking for a bigger place, and once we find one (and once the baby is a little bit older), we will definitely be coming back to you folks to find a playmate for our Finnegan. Thanks so much.
Mary, Ryan, Eamon and Finnegan from NJ

Grace, We are writing to tell you how pleased we are with our now 6 month old golden from Chewy and Crystal's litter. His name is Kaiba and you may recall that we had a previous bad experience with a golden. This guy is the absolute best. He is excellent with our three children,
he is a best buddy to our 9 month old lab and an all around great dog. He is playful and energetic but not mischievous at all. He likes to think he is a lap dog ! Anyway, we love him and wanted to let you know how cherished he is. Thanks, Chris in Albany,N.Y.

Dear Grace and Todd,
Charlotte is doing great. The whole car ride home she slept like an angel. She was tuckered out from all the excitement. Her first night went great. She got up once in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, but as soon as we came in she went back to her crate on her own and fell back to sleep. You can see in one of the pictures we got her an LLBean bed with her name monogramed on it. She's starting to learn her name and coming when she is called. My family can't thank you enough for how convienient you made everything and for a GREAT dog. We are so happy with her. Thanks again for everything
Mike

Hello Grace,
My name is Brian. My wife and I purchased a Golden from you about 4 weeks ago. First let me commend you on your professionalism. You and Todd went way out of the way to make this as pleasurable experience as possible, and we definitely appreciated it. Its been a few weeks since we received our new "buddy" and he is such a joy! We named him Snoop and he is doing very well. We have enrolled him in obedience courses and its is just so amazing how well he is doing compared to the other dogs in his class.
I will send pictures soon, but for now, I just wanted to thank you again.
Sincerely,
Brian

We had such a good experience with you that we were just wondering about future litters. Thanks for your time and thanks again for a beautiful puppy.

Grace,
Everything is going great with Maggie. She is sleeping through the night already. She has had no trouble eating! She is very frisky and loves to play with the kids. I am trying to get her used to a leash but so far I'm losing that battle. I think she is already getting used to her name. It's either that or she recognizes our voices. She is the cutest!!! Thank you so much for allowing her into our lives!
